The Bentwood Burger Du jour
Locally raised yak by Mark & Suzanne Drumm. It is healthier than skinless chicken and most fish, 95% fat free, juicy due to its high percentages mega 3 oils, higher in protein minerals and vitamins than beef. Best served medium rare to rare.

The Impossible Burger
