Pan seared Almond crusted halibut cheeks over a sweet potato rosti & fried arugula.

Stewed sausage, beans, peeled tomatoes & cheddar cheese topped with eggs & baked.

Field greens topped w/ roasted pumpkin, sweet potato, toasted almonds, blue cheese & chicken served w/ a honey mustard vinaigrette.

Sea Scallops
Pan seared sea scallops over pumpkin risotto & topped w/ a bacon marmalade.

Flat Iron
Grilled 10oz Angus Reserve flat iron brushed w/ a maple bourbon glaze served w/ tumbleweed onions, asparagus & mashed.

Prime Rib
Slow roasted hand carved prime rib w/ mashed, asparagus, Au Jus & horsey sauce.

Lightly breaded and deep fried. Served w/ fries, tarter & slaw.
