Grilled hand cut 12oz delmonico with roasted bone marrow topped with a port wine demi. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Pan seared U-10 sea scallops topped with bacon jam served over corn and leek risotto.
Vesper Hills Cioppino
Halibut, wahoo, jumbo shrimp, bay scallops and little-neck clams sauteed in olive oil with fresh garlic & herbs. Finished with a saffron plum tomato broth. Served with garlic bread.
Airline Chicken
Cold smoked and grilled airline chicken breast topped with a leek and tarragon cream sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
Strawberry fields
Spinach and mixed greens topped with sauteed shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, candied pecans, strawberries and feta cheese. Served with poppy seed dressing.
