Straight from the sea to vesper hills. Buttermilk soaked rings and tents dredged in seasoned flour lightly fried and served with our zesty house red sauce.




Entrees

Smoked Prime Rib

House smoked prime rib hand carved 12oz. portion served with mashed potatoes, asparagus and baby carrots, Au Jus and horseradish.

Linguine Amatriciana

Slow stewed and roasted tomatoes with pancetta, olive oil, onions and garlic tossed with linguine and hot italian sausage. Finished with basil and burrata.

Stuffed Pork Chop

12oz bone-in chop stuffed with prosciutto, pancetta, ham, smoked pork, shallot and breadcrumbs grilled and baked. Finished with a fontina, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese sauce. Served with a twice baked potato, asparagus and baby carrots.

Airline Chicken

Pan seared cajun airline chicken over shrimp and adouille sausage jambalaya finished with a creole cream sauce.

Seafood Curry

Sauteed shrimp, salmon, bay scallops and swordfish in a thai red curry sauce with vegetables and served over white rice.

Fish Fry

Lightly breaded and deep fried haddock. Served with fries, tartar, lemon wedge and slaw.
