Lobster Risotto
Butter poached lobster tail over a saffron risotto with leeks and tarragon.

House smoked short ribs over creamy polenta topped with blueberry jalapeno BBQ sauce. Served with asparagus and baby carrots.

Breaded pan fried chicken breast topped with fire roasted heirloom tomatoes, roasted red peppers and spinach finished with a creamy mornay sauce. Served with asparagus, baby carrots and mashed potatoes.
